当団体は、個人情報の取得、利用及び提供といった取り扱いを行う場合には、適用される各種法規制を遵守し、厳正な管理のもとで行います。

当団体は、適法かつ公正な手段でのみ個人情報を取得し、取扱いします。当財団は、個人情報及び個人を識別可能な情報を次のような場面で取得します。

・ご本人からの資料請求やご支援、ボランティア参加のお申込みがあった場合

・ご本人からのウェブサイトフォーム、お電話、または電子メールによるお問い合わせがあった場合

・当団体のウェブサイトを訪問された場合

・ソーシャルメディアで当団体のページをフォローする等、ご本人が自発的に情報を開示された場合

・金融機関及び支払い代行サービスから支援者情報が提供された場合

なお、当団体は13歳未満の子どもの個人情報を取得することは原則ございません。13歳未満の子どもの個人情報を取得する必要が生じた際には、保護者の承諾がある場合にのみ取得します。

当団体が取り扱う主な個人情報には、以下のものがありますが、これに限定するものではございません。

・氏名、連絡先（住所、電話番号、メールアドレス）、個人の属性(勤務先の役職、所属)に関する情報

・(口座振替で寄付をいただいている場合)支援者さまの銀行口座情報

・ご支援者様の履歴情報(当団体での商品購入やイベント参加等についての情報)

当団体は以下の目的で個人情報を取り扱います。

・ご支援のお礼状や年次報告書、イベントのお知らせ等を送付する目的

・採用活動を行う目的

・お取引先様との打ち合わせ、契約の締結等、お取引を行う目的

・マーケティング及び当団体の活動に関連した分析を行う目的

当団体は、個人情報の取扱業務の全部または一部を委託する場合があります。また、法令により開示または提供が許容されている場合、裁判所、警察、弁護士、またはこれらに準じた権限を有する機関から開示を求められた場合には第三者に個人情報を提供する場合があります。

個人を特定できない情報で、かつ提供先で他の情報と組み合わせることにより個人を特定することが可能となる情報(個人関連情報)を当団体が提供し、提供先で個人情報と関連づけられる場合には、提供先にて本人様の同意を取得している事業者に提供します。

当団体は、外国にある第三者へ個人情報を提供する場合は、法令の定めに従い、同意の取得および情報提供等必要な措置を取ります。

当団体は、支援者にサービスを提供するために必要がある限り、個人情報を保持しますが、必要性がなくなった場合には、速やかにこれを消去します。

当団体が個人情報を取扱うに当たっては、正確かつ最新の状態で保管・管理するよう努めるとともに、関連する法令やガイドラインの枠組みを活用し、以下の個人データの漏えい、滅失、又はき損等の防止を行い、厳正な管理のもとで安全に保管します。

• 基本方針の策定
  個人情報を適正に取り扱うために、基本方針を策定しています。
• 個人情報の取扱いルールの整備
  個人情報の取扱い方法及び管理体制を明確するために取扱い規定を策定しています。
• 技術的・物理的安全管理措置
  個人情報へのアクセスを管理するためにアクセス権の設定、不要なアカウントの削除等の対策を行っています。また、ウィルスソフトの利用等情報漏えいを防止するための措置をとっています。
• 組織的安全管理措置
  個人情報管理の責任者を任命し、個人情報の取扱いに関するマニュアルの整備を行っています。
• 人的安全管理措置
  従業者に対し、個人情報の安全管理について定期的な教育研修を行っています。
• 外的環境の把握
  外国にある第三者へ個人情報を提供する場合は、法令の定めに従い、同意の取得および情報提供等必要な措置を取っています。

個人情報保護に関する法規制は個人に対してご本人の個人情報についてコントロールを行う権利(ダイレクトメールの送付停止、個人情報についての問い合わせ、開示請求、修正請求、削除請求等)を保証しています。当団体は、これらの権利請求があった場合、適用される法規制に照らし、遅滞なく、遅くとも１か月以内に第一報のご返答を差し上げます。

情報に対するコントロール権のご請求は、12項に記載の「お問い合わせ窓口」から行ってください。

ご本人は、ブラウザの設定によって、Cookieを無効にしたり、Cookieが送信される場合に警告が行われるようにしたりすることができます。Cookieを無効にした場合、ご本人は本団体が提供するサービス等の一部またはすべての機能を利用できなくなる場合があります。

当団体は、必要に応じて適宜本プライバシーポリシーの内容を変更することがあります。尚、本プライバシーポリシーの内容を変更した場合は、当団体のホームページ上に提示し、お知らせしますので、内容をご確認下さいますようお願いいたします。

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations and strictly manage personal information when collecting, using, and disclosing personal information.

We collect and process personal information only by lawful and fair means. We collect personal information and personally identifiable information in the following situations;

• when you request information or make an application for support or volunteer participation;
• when you contact us through our website form, by telephone, or by e-mail;
• when you visit the FWAB website;
• when you voluntarily disclose information, such as by following our page on social media;and
• when financial institutions or payment services provide us with supporter information.

Please note that we do not collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we need to collect personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will do so only with the consent of the child’s parent or guardian.

The personal information we process includes, but is not limited to;

• name, contact information (e.g., address, telephone number, e-mail address), personal attribute information (position and affiliation at work);
• your bank account information if you select to donate by direct debit; and
• your history information such as information about your purchases of our products, participation in our events.

We process your personal information for the following purposes;

• to communicate with you (e.g., to send thank you letters, annual reports, event notices, etc.);
• to respond to your request for information or inquiry;
• to conduct recruitment activity;
• to conduct business transactions, such as meetings with business partners and the conclusion of contracts; and
• to conduct marketing and analysis related to our activities.

We may outsource some or all of the processing of personal information. In addition, personal information may be disclosed to third parties when disclosure is permitted by law, or when disclosure is required by a court, police, attorney or equivalent authority.

If we provide information that does not personally identify you but can be used in combination with other information to identify you (personally related information), and if the information is related to your personal information at the destination, we will transfer it to a third party that has collected your consent.

When we transfer personal information to a third party in a foreign country, we will take necessary measures, such as collecting consent and providing information, in accordance with laws and regulations.

We will retain personal information as long as necessary to provide services to our supporters, but will promptly delete it when it is no longer needed.

In the processing of personal information, we are committed to the accuracy and timeliness of personal information. We apply the framework of personal information laws and regulations, prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information, and store it securely under strict control.

• Establishing the Basic Policy
  We have established the basic policy to process personal information appropriately.
• Developing Rules for Processing Personal Information
  We have developed rules for processing personal information and personal information management system.
• Physical and Technological Safeguards
  To control access to personal information, we take measures such as setting access rights and deleting unnecessary accounts. We also take measures to prevent information leaks, such as the use of virus software.
• Organizational Safeguards
  We have appointed a personal information officer and we maintain manuals on processing personal information.
• Personnel Safeguards
  Regular training is provided to our employees on the personal information processing.
• Understanding External Environment
  When personal information is transfered to a third party in a foreign country, we take necessary measures, such as collecting consent and providing information, in accordance with laws and regulations.

You have rights with respect to your personal information under privacy laws and regulations. These include rights to stop receiving direct marketing, rights to inquire about personal information, rights to request disclosure, correction or deletion of your personal information. We will respond to your request for these rights promptly, and within one month at the latest, with an initial response in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You can set your browser to disable cookies or to warn you when cookies are being sent; if you disable cookies, you may not be able to use some or all of the functions of the services we provide.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as necessary. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on our website so that you are aware of any changes.
